Air One Labs has specifically designed and equipped the lab to perform Air Analysis by EPA Method TO-15 using the latest equipment available and some new proprietary procedures. Low Detection Limit Air Analysis by EPA Method TO-15: Indoor Air and Soil Gas
Air One is currently specializing in air analysis of volatile organics by EPA Method TO-15. We are performing this highly sensitive method to support our clients in the area of vapor intrusion, soil gas studies and other Indoor Air Quality projects. EPa Method TO-15, which is considered by many to be the "gold" standard of air analysis, is invaluable for the assessment and mitigation of vapor intrusion. Air One has developed proprietary techniques to enhance the sensitivity and accuracy of air analysis by EPA Method TO-15, which we employ for the benefit of our clients.
While our methodology is based on EPA Method TO-15 (for which we are accredited by NELAP) our air analysis procedures have been adjusted and targeted to specifically meet or exceed the California Human Health Screening Levels (CHHSLs) for residential use areas (and hence also for commercial property as well). New and state of the art air analysis equipment permits us to analyze down to the very low levels required by the California DTSC guidelines. Because of our new equipment we also require less sample which saves time and money on shipping, set-up and the general "headache factor" for our clients in the field.
As mentioned above Air One Labs began its operations in 1990 with field labs specifically designed for underground storage tank removal operations. Air One was the first "mobile only" company accreditated under the California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). Since that time Air One continued to add capability including the addition of mass spectrometry in the field labs (MASSLAB® ), in-house analytical services, and sampling services. Air One was the first laboratory to bring EPA Method TO-15 into the field for the benefit of its clients. Although no longer in the field services business, the above experience offers proof of Air One's expertise.
