Terms & conditions of Sampling Supplies Rental
Due to the high cost of canisters, flow controllers and other air sampling supplies (supplies) the following conditions will apply to rental of supplies.
Definitions "Air One Labs", "Air One" and "the lab" means means Air One Labs a dba of Mobile One Laboratories Inc. and Mobile One Laboratories, Inc., its employees, servants, agents and representatives. "Client" means the entity or individual who requests services of MOM, be those services analytical, constuting, sampling or products, and his or its heirs, sucessors, assigns and representiatives.
Supplies returned unused A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to Client for all canisters and flow controllers returned unused.
Damaged, contaminated, lost, unuseable supplies Supplies shall be returned to Air One Labs in the same condition as they were received by the client. The full replacement cost of the item will be charged to the client if:
<1.) The supplies are not returned to the lab within 14 days of receipt by client.
2.) The supplies are returned with a high level of contamination. The definition of "high" is up to the discretion of the lab. Tenatively, levels that risk contamination of the lab systems and/or can not be cleaned with reasonable effort will be considered "high".
3.) The supplies are returned with physical damage whether the damage occured while under clients control or while in transet. If the client is shipping under its own shipping account they are urged to purchase sufficent insurance to cover the total value of the items shipped. If client received a return shipping label from The Lab they may assume The Lab has purchased appropriate insurance.
Replacement cost of supplies are:
1.4 liter Canister $310
6 liter canister $720
Flow controller $800
Other items $ replacement cost
Costs are supject to change without notice.
Supplies held for more than 14 days
IF supplies are returned in acceptable condition but after 14 days, a rental fee of $50 per week, or portion of a week, will be added to the initial rental fee.
Prices and Payment Terms
Standard credit terms are net 30 days, and are independent of when clients are compensated. See "Terms & Conditions - General"
